wow... this is a hard one. dunno if it's going to be any help, but i can't see the kid's face... i didn't recognize starshinov either - i'd say it was made when he was young... about the kid - i can narrow down the search to someone who was born in mid to late 1950s and my guess he's is from moscow. so, perhaps, he played in the 1980s. but i can't come up with the name... sorry. it will be helpful to pick cska or spartak :-)
